Announcing Forethought: An Answer Engine for the Enterprise
We’re delighted to announce our investment in Forethought, whose mission is to rethink information retrieval, starting by making customer support agents up to 30% more efficient. Forethought recently won first place at Techcrunch Disrupt where notable investors including Cyan Banister (Founders Fund), Roelof Botha (Sequoia Capital), Jeff Clavier (Uncork Capital), and Kirsten Green (Forerunner Ventures) declared Forethought’s first product the winner of the $100,000 grand prize.
